The conference will start on Monday July 1, 2019 (at 9 am) and will end on Thursday July 4, 2019 (at 6 pm). 

REGISTRATION

Registration includes access to the conference session, Welcome Reception, 4 lunches and refreshments during the coffee breaks, boat trip to the famous "Calanques national parc" on wednesday afternon and the banquet on wednesday evening.

To register, first login or create an account (blue button on the top right). When logged, a Registration menu item appears on the sidebar: use it to enter complementary informations. A first e-mail should confirm your registration request. Once your registration request is validated, you will receive a second e-mail including the payment form url.

ABSTRACTS AND POSTERS

Oral presentations are 'by invitation only'. There will also be a poster session for those who wish to participate to the conference and who have not received an invitation.

For oral presentations or for posters, authors will be asked to submit a two-page abstract that summarizes the main features of their contribution. The abstract must be written in English. Template files are available for download here. The generated print-ready pdf file is to be uploaded via the submit section by March 15, 2019 March 31, 2019 (extended deadline).

Keynotes will last 1 hour (50 minutes talk + 10 minutes questions) while regular presentations will last 30 minutes (25 minutes talk + 5 minutes questions). Each poster will be presented in a dedicated session by a 2 minutes talk before the exhibition. No specific templates for posters and presentations are provided. The only requirement is that posters fit in a A0 portrait display board.
